About PPGI & PPGL Coils
PPGI & PPGL Coils are pre-painted steel coils manufactured by applying a high-performance organic paint system over a protective metallic coated steel substrate. These coils provide a combination of corrosion protection, attractive appearance and reliable performance for modern industrial and construction applications.
PPGI uses a zinc-coated steel substrate, while PPGL uses a 55% Aluminium-Zinc alloy coated substrate. The pre-painted surface offers excellent weather resistance, uniform colour finish and suitability for roll forming, roofing, wall panels, HVAC systems and other fabricated products.

PPGI & PPGL Coating Technology
PPGI and PPGL coils are produced through a continuous pre-painting process in which the metallic coated steel substrate is cleaned, treated and coated with primer followed by a high-performance topcoat. The coating system is baked under controlled conditions to create a durable and uniform painted surface.
PPGI is based on galvanised steel with a zinc coating, whereas PPGL is based on a 55% Aluminium-Zinc alloy coated steel substrate. The combination of metallic protection and organic coating provides durability, appearance and resistance to environmental exposure.
